1. Introduction

At Wander Scrapbooks (operated by Zerf LLC), we strive to provide high-quality, personalized travel journals. As each Journal is custom-made with AI-generated content unique to your order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the Journal by emailing hello@wanderscrapbooks.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Documentation: We will ask for photos of the defect or damage. Please include photos of the packaging as well if the damage occurred during shipping.
  3. Review: We will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. Resolution: If approved, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement Journal, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. What Qualifies as Defective or Damaged

  • Printing defects (smudged text, missing pages, blank pages, incorrect colors)
  • Physical damage (torn pages, damaged cover, broken spine)
  • Shipping damage (crushed, water-damaged, or otherwise damaged during transit)
  • Incorrect order (received a Journal that does not match your order details)

4. What Does Not Qualify

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (travel recommendations, fun facts, phrases, etc.)
  • Typographical errors in user-provided content (names, dates, dedications, custom quotes)
  • Change of mind after the order has been processed
  • Minor variations in print color compared to screen display (due to differences between screen and print rendering)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made Journals are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival as described above.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
